Orders

Orders placed by 3:30 PM Mountain Time for items in stock will ship within two business days.


How to Order
You may place an order by Telephone, U.S. Mail or on the web @ www.rocknob.com.  If you have questions about large orders or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at 801-792-7625. For your protection - do not mail cash.

How We Ship
Most orders ship by USPS Priority Mail and will be delivered 2-3 days from time of shipment. Oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Large orders may ship via UPS or FedEx. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost. We only offer shipping inside the U.S. at this time.


Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Order or Personal Check. Payments made with Personal Check will be held up to 21 days for clearance before shipping.

Back Orders
We stock most items and carry a fair amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders, we will not charge your credit card for orders until items come in and can be shipped.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a refund of the amount paid for the product minus 25% restocking fee. We will issue a full refund for defective products and will be at the discretion of RockNob. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, RockNob will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will not be eligible for a refund. For any returns, you must first contact us for approval. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please email RockNob Customer Service jason@rocknob.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

Warranties
All parts are covered against manufacturers defects. RockNob  can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. RockNob is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
